Renovation dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it gets everywhere, and the wrong method simply relocates it. We clean in stages, take it out of the space, and hand back a room you can actually move into.
Drywall dust travels. Weeks after the trades have gone it is still coming out of vents, settling on the tops of doors and reappearing on a floor that looked finished yesterday. A single pass with a domestic vacuum pushes most of it straight back into the air.
So this is a sequence rather than a session: high surfaces before low, dry removal before anything wet, vents and filters before the final floors, and a second pass once the air has settled. Where a build is still running in phases we work around the trades’ schedule and come back for the final clean when the last one has left.

The things people ask before booking this particular service.
When should the clean happen?
After the last trade has left, otherwise you pay for it twice. If the build is running in phases we can do an interim clean to keep the space usable and return for the final one. Either way, book the final clean against the real completion date rather than the optimistic one.
Why can I not just vacuum it myself?
You can, and then you will do it again a week later. Fine drywall dust passes straight through a standard domestic filter and back into the room, and it hides in vents, on top of doors and inside ductwork covers. On this job the method matters more than the effort.
Do you handle asbestos or hazardous dust?
No. If your property is older and there is any chance of asbestos, lead paint or silica, that is licensed remediation work and it has to happen before we start. We will flag it if we spot it, but testing is not something we do.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
Longer than any other service we offer, and it depends on the scale of the work and how much dust escaped the work area. Expect a full day for a single-room renovation and several days for a whole-home build. The quote gives you a duration before you commit to anything.
Can you work around our trades?
Yes, and it is common. Send us the schedule and we will fit interim cleans between phases, then hold the final clean until the space is genuinely finished.
