A move-out clean gets judged by someone holding a clipboard, which makes it a different job from cleaning a home you live in. The marks are lost in the places nobody looks at day to day: inside the drawers, the top of the kitchen cabinets, the oven, and the outline on the floor where the furniture used to sit.
Because the property is empty we can reach all of it, and because the date is usually fixed by a lease end or a closing, we schedule backwards from your deadline. Booking one to two weeks ahead is worth doing — these visits take longer than any other residential clean, and the slots around month-end fill first.

Will this get my deposit back?
It removes the cleaning grounds for a deduction, which is the part we control. We clean to the standard a walkthrough is looking for, and every visit carries our satisfaction guarantee — if your landlord flags something we covered, tell us within 24 hours and we come back. Damage, repairs and general wear are between you and the landlord.
Should the property be empty first?
Yes, ideally completely. An empty property is the whole advantage of this service, because we can clean inside every cupboard and behind everything. If a few items are still there we will work around them, but we cannot clean the floor under a bed that has not moved.
When should I book it?
One to two weeks before your date where possible. Month-end and the last Friday of the month are the busiest slots, because that is when most leases and closings land. Quotes come back within one business day, so asking early costs you nothing.
Do you clean the carpets as part of this?
We vacuum them thoroughly, edges included. Shampooing and wet extraction are a separate service, and worth adding if your lease specifically requires professionally cleaned carpets — some do, so it is worth checking the wording.
Can you clean before I move in instead?
That is the same service in reverse, and plenty of people book it that way. The property is empty, so it is the one chance to clean inside every cupboard and closet before your own things fill them.
