House cleaning that holds the same standard every visit.
Weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time home cleaning across the GTA and Hamilton — the same background-checked team, the same room-by-room checklist, and a fixed price agreed before we start.
Most people do not switch cleaners because of price. They switch because the second visit was not as good as the first. Clean Cores runs every house clean off a written checklist, so the fourth visit covers exactly what the first one did no matter who is holding the mop.
Products, cloths, vacuums and equipment are all included — nothing for you to leave out, nothing added to the invoice afterwards. Flag a delicate surface or a product you would rather we used in your booking notes and we will work around it.

Who books this service
And, just as usefully, what it does not cover — so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Busy households Two working adults, school runs, and no realistic window to keep on top of it. Biweekly is the most common choice.
- Condos and apartments A smaller footprint where a shorter, more frequent visit works out better than an occasional big push.
- Anyone handing over from another cleaner We start with a deep clean to reset the baseline, then hold it with standard visits.
- Landlords with tenanted units Scheduled cleans between inspections, invoiced to you rather than to your tenant.
What this service does not include
- Inside cabinets, drawers and appliances — that is a deep clean or a move-out clean
- Carpet shampooing and exterior windows — see Window and Carpet Cleaning
- Renovation and drywall dust — see Post-Construction Cleaning
- Laundry, dishes and sorting clutter, unless agreed in advance

House Cleaning — common questions
The things people ask before booking this particular service.
How often should I book a house cleaning?
Biweekly suits most homes: often enough that nothing builds up, and cheaper per visit than monthly cleans that have to catch up each time. Weekly makes sense for larger households, homes with pets, or anyone who wants zero maintenance in between. Monthly works for smaller, tidier spaces.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
You can ask for it, and on recurring plans we try to keep the same team on your address — it is faster and more consistent when someone already knows your home. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, the written checklist means a substitute still covers exactly the same ground.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
No, but clearing surfaces helps. We clean around belongings rather than moving them, so a clear kitchen counter gets cleaned end to end while one covered in post and paperwork gets cleaned around it. If you would like us to organise as well as clean, mention it and we will price it in.
Can I skip or move a scheduled visit?
Yes. Recurring plans are not contracts — skip, move or pause a visit by getting in touch before the appointment. Holidays and unusually busy months are exactly what that flexibility is for.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Clean Cores is fully licensed and insured, so accidental damage while we are working is covered. Tell us straight away and we will deal with it, rather than leaving you to discover it later.
