When would you clean our office?
Whenever your team is not in it. Most clients pick early morning before opening or evenings after close. Our standard booking window is Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and dedicated after-hours schedules are arranged as part of a commercial plan.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our landlord?
Yes. Clean Cores is fully licensed and insured, and we can send proof of insurance to your building management or condo board before the first visit. It is a routine request and we keep the paperwork ready to go.
How does access work outside business hours?
Whatever your building allows: keys, a fob, an access code, or being signed in by concierge or security. We agree the method in writing before the first clean, and every cleaner on your site is background-checked.
Do you supply washroom and kitchen consumables?
We restock soap, paper and bin liners as part of the plan. We can either use stock you already hold on site, or supply it ourselves and add it to the monthly invoice — whichever you prefer.
Is there a minimum contract?
No lock-in. Commercial plans run month to month against an agreed scope, and you can change the frequency or the scope as your space and headcount change.
